Shipping policy
When we Ship:
In-stock orders are usually 2-3 business days, but can take up to a week. Please let us know if you have a deadline for your order (appointment with the gutter installer, for example). Products that are out of stock can be pre-ordered.
It can take anywhere from 2-8 weeks to receive shipments and fulfill those orders; please ask for updates or estimated shipping dates.
We are sorry for the chaos being caused in global logistics and we strive to get product to us, and to you, as quickly and regularly as possible. Delays can be caused all the way from the factory to our doors (trucks, trains, ships, ports, customs, etc.). We thank you for your patience; we will continue to try and earn your business as best we can.
Delivery:
We ship via FedEx Ground (Commercial and Residential) & Express. You can choose before submitting your order. For Next Day Air service, please place your order by phone at (818) 347-6455. RainChains.com reserves the right to switch carriers (UPS, for example) when we think it will better serve our customers.
Need it sooner?
Let us know - for products in stock, we can often ship the same day we receive your order. If you have a deadline, please let us know what it is.
Please note: Customers using American Express cards will be required to sign for packages received via FedEx. This is for your protection and to minimize the chance for lost shipments.

Returns
- Returns are accepted, with a Return Authorization, ONLY IF the items are returned in unused condition, in the original packaging. We understand if it "just wasn't what you had in mind" when you open the box.
- We do NOT accept returns if the products have been installed and/or if any aging or non-shipping damage has taken place.
- Returns are refunded for the amount of merchandise only, this does not include shipping charges.
- Please CALL US FIRST before returning goods for a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
Additional Info
- Clearance items are sold "as-is" and are not refundable.
- Patina items are subject to a 10% restocking fee if returned.
- Custom lengths are subject to a 15% restocking fee if returned; this includes all link chain lengths and any non-standard cup style lengths.
- All stainless steel products are subject to a 10% restocking fee if returned.
International Orders
Our company is honored to serve our international customers. Our preferred method of shipping is USPS Priority International. We make international shipments once a week. A single chain sent to BC Canada runs approximately $25 US and takes 1 week to arrive. Heavier packages and other destinations may incur different shipping charges and/or shipping durations.

Our Guarantee
We guarantee our products for a period of one year from the date of purchase. If, for any reason, a product breaks or fails, just return it. We'll either repair the item you returned or send you a brand new one.
